By registering an account on phpak, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the phpak Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing and using phpak. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Access to phpak and participation in any Game is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:
phpak reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any bonus balances.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phpak. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phpak will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. phpak will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify phpak immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
phpak requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card, Philippine Passport, or Driver's License) and proof of address. phpak's compliance team will process KYC submissions within a reasonable period. Accounts that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be permanently closed.
All transactions on phpak are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phpak supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Supported payment methods are subject to change without notice.
Deposits are subject to a minimum amount as specified on the phpak Cashier page. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phpak Wallet instantly. Bank transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes depending on inter-bank processing schedules.
Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. phpak will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. phpak does not charge withdrawal fees for standard e-wallet transfers to GCash and Maya, however your payment provider may apply independent fees.
phpak reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, including but not limited to requests that are unusually large, originate from a recently registered account, or are associated with a pattern of conduct that may indicate fraud or bonus abuse. Such checks may delay processing but will be completed as expeditiously as reasonably possible.
phpak may offer Bonuses to Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game eligibility restrictions, expiry dates, and other conditions as specified in the applicable promotion's terms at the time of offer.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus balance and must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, Bonus-derived winnings are not available for withdrawal.
phpak reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any Bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent or deceptive means will be forfeited and the relevant account may be closed.
Only one Bonus may typically be active at any given time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion's terms.
Each Game available on phpak is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the Game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the rules of a specific Game, the specific Game rules shall prevail in respect of that Game.
phpak Games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software for non-live games and live feeds from licensed studios for live dealer titles. phpak does not manipulate game outcomes. Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the relevant game provider and are available within each game's help section.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a Game, phpak's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where the system is unable to determine a valid outcome, the affected bet will be refunded to the User's Wallet. phpak is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnection on the User's end.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on phpak:
phpak reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any funds held therein pending investigation. Such determinations are final subject to any appeal rights set out below.
All intellectual property in and to the phpak platform, including but not limited to the phpak brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, and content, is owned by or licensed to phpak. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants any User a licence or right to use any such intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any phpak content without prior written consent from phpak.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpak, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
phpak's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpak collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phpak, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phpak does not sell personal data to third parties.
phpak is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides Users with a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. phpak encourages all players to use these tools proactively.
Access to phpak is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. phpak enforces this requirement through KYC identity verification and reserves the right to close any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the User does not meet the minimum age requirement.

Upon termination of an account for breach or fraud, phpak reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any funds held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
phpak reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material amendments via the email address or mobile number registered to their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to phpak's internal dispute resolution process. phpak will acknowledge dispute submissions within five (5) business days and aim to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
