Loss Limits

If you choose permanent self-exclusion, please be aware that this decision cannot be reversed. phpak will not reactivate a permanently self-excluded account under any circumstances, regardless of the reason given. This is intentional — permanent self-exclusion is designed to be a firm, final boundary for players who need it.

For temporary exclusion periods (6 months, 1 year, 3 years), your account can be reactivated at the end of the exclusion period only after a mandatory seven (7) day review period, during which phpak may contact you to confirm you still wish to reactivate. This cooling buffer is designed to prevent impulsive reactivation.

During any exclusion period, any real-money balance remaining in your phpak wallet will be held securely and returned to you via your registered payment method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer) upon request. Contact phpak support to initiate a balance withdrawal during exclusion — this process is handled separately from normal account operations.
